Based on the simplicity of a traditional inkjet printer, with a snap in printer head, slide in build table and clip in consumable roll; but with no sacrifice to build quality we think you will be impressed with this little machine. The enclosed steel construction, double linear bearings on each axis and a temperature stabilizing build chamber also mean this ingeniously designed desktop 3D printer is quiet. Super quiet! Even quieter than it big brother the UP! Plus, and that is saying something.
Stats At A Glance
The UP! Mini 3D Printer has a layer resolution of 0.25mm, a build envelope of 120 x 120 x 120mm, a heated build platform and is also fully enclosed. Which means it is not quiet as big nor as high a quality as it's big brother the UP Plus (read full UP Plus specifications), but maintains the high machine quality and reliability; the same solid steel construction and user friendly printing software as you find in the UP Plus!
This is also the first low cost desktop printer to come as an enclosed unit, allowing the build temperature to be more stable and less vulnerable to convection issues. This will not only improve build quality but also makes this printer uniquely safer to use ESPECIALLY in an education setting where little hands often stray where they shouldn't! Making it not only perfect for the home and office, but also the primary and high school classroom.

Sample Prints
Even we do not have our MINI yet, so I can not provide you print photos yet, but I am hoping to get my hands on some prints next week and promise to get them up ASAP.
In the meantime check out the print photos from the UP PLUS - the mini's big brother. The mini promises to be almost if not just as good.
